Do you have a design service?
We work with you in creating a bathroom designed for you. One that captures your vision and fits your specific requirements. We work with you to bring your ideas and vision to life.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes it is where you can select everything from taps, tiles to mirrors and accessories.

How much will my new bathroom cost?
It’s very hard to generalise on the cost of your new bathroom as there are many things to take into consideration. Ultimately it will be down to your choice of products and you design requirements. But we will be able to work with you to design, supply and fit a bathroom that meets your requirements and budget.

Will I be given a written quotation?
Yes, the quotation will be itemised and contain the details that have been discussed and agreed during the design consultation.

What are my payment options?
We ask for a 10% deposit to secure you place in our diary. We then don’t ask for a further payment until we have completed your bathroom and you are completely satisfied with the work. We accept BACS payments and debit cards.

How long does it take to install?
Every job is different and we will never work at such a pace that corners are cut and the quality of our work is compromised. But typically a full bathroom refurbishment takes 10 working days.

Will I be left without a toilet until my new bathroom is completed?
We will always leave you with a working toilet. When we install the new one you will be without a toilet for at least two hours.

What guarantee come with the work and goods?
All of the equipment we supply is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s own guarantee, which is typically a minimum of 12 months. Although we do source and recommend manufacturers that offer longer periods. We also guarantee our workmanship for 12 months. However we do show flexibility with this and where possible will always do our utmost to help with any issue that may be workmanship related.

Yes, we are you point of contact and will deal with your requirements. The majority of the work will be carried out by the employees of Plumbstation.
